Why do my stats only update every hour?
We use a caching system. The server updates the log files every hour instead of every time you get a hit. This improves the load speed.

How do I create reports?
Currently custom reports are still in beta, however we have daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports in the Reports menu.

How do I get Facebook and Adsense information integrated into their vStats?
Facebook and Adwords integration are premium features, please contact our sales team to purchase an upgraded account.
